We love it and have affectionately called it the ‘Spike Mobile!’ Being working parents, our doctors understand daily challenges – work, kids, sports, and LIFE! Our practice is dedicated to excellent customer service and included the appointment shuttle when gas prices were on the rise. This is a complimentary service for those who want to take advantage of it. Our appointment shuttle operates year round from your child’s schools or summer camps. We proudly serve the following schools districts.

Our shuttle service is not only functional, but it’s fun! It boasts extras like teen magazines and Nintendo DS and Sony PSPs and the latest games, snacks and a Homework Kit!

To sign-up, just call our office (603-672-0844) to receive an information packet by mail or download the forms online! To get started, print and fill in the "Transportation Authorization for the Spike Mobile" form and bring it to your child's next appointment. You can also mail this form to our office, if this is more convenient.
